Pumpkin Patch!

Granny V called us on Saturday and asked if we would like to join her and Aunt Maddy at the pumpkin patch. It was a really cold day, but we had been wanting to take Paxton to a pumpkin patch so we agreed.

He was excited to ride in the pumpkin wagon:


There were lots of pumpkins to choose from:





But he found one he liked:








There was also a sunflower tunnel that he kept trying to run through:


And we got to do a hay ride!

He loved the hay ride.


After that, we checked out the chickens:

And he posed with Daddy in the big pumpkin:


By the end, it was definitely nap time and all he wanted to do was run around by himself. He didn't want to sit on the hay bale for a cute fall picture.


At all...


It was a fun little mid-morning outing and definitely something we will repeat next year (and maybe one more time this year).
