First haircut

We've known for awhile that it's time for Paxton's first haircut, but we've been putting it off. I guess with his birthday and his party, we needed a break in the milestones. We took him today. We decided to go to Snip-its because I was a little worried about how he would do. They only do kids' haircuts so I knew they would know exactly how to deal with him.

Here he is before the cut:

They did a really good job. The stylist called him by name and talked to him and made noises at him the whole time. They had a TV screen right next to the chair and turned on a DVD for him. She even offered to save some hair and put it in a tiny ziplock for me. It was definitely a great first haircut experience. It was a little pricier than I would have guessed, but probably worth it for how squirmy and unpredictable he is.

Here he is after the cut. You can't really tell in the picture but the top and sides are shorter and he doesn't have a mullet anymore.
